Our approach includes the investigation of the elements of a building, including but not limited to balconies, façades, windows and door openings, railings, hurricane shutters, and pool deck and garage structures. During the investigation, we assess the overall condition of the existing structure.

Every building investigation is followed with a comprehensive investigation report, which thoroughly details our findings, conclusions and analysis of the existing conditions, and recommendations for cost-effective, long term repair solutions.

Our knowledge of various construction materials and repair solutions allows for the preparation of cost-effective repair specifications and rehabilitation design drawings.

During the pre-construction phase, our team develops project specific specifications, assists with bidding and contractor selection and contract negotiations and prepares all required documents required for permitting.

During the construction phase of the project, our team of Engineers and Licensed Building Inspectors perform onsite inspections to ensure specification and contract compliance.

Upon completion of all the repair work, Hellas Engineering will provide the necessary documents required for work certification.
